Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
We currently only ship to addresses within New Zealand, including outer islands. We do not ship internationally.
We recommend you provide either a residential or commercial shipping address when placing an online order, as some courier companies do not ship to PO Boxes. Should we be unable to ship to a PO Box we will contact you for an alternative address.
DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch your order/s at the earliest opportunity. Goods are shipped from bulk warehouse Monday through to Friday, except on public holidays. We use New Zealand Couriers Ltd to ship our products. Normal shipping times are 1-2 working days, plus 1-2 working days for handling. Delivery times are indicative only and subject to change. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
